Filmmaker Boopathy Pandian is having bitter terms with producers and actors these days. First it was Vikram – both of them were supposed to work together in a movie to be produced by Mohan Natarajan. But during later point of time,, they had some creative difference of opinion and he was replaced by Madharasapattinam fame Vijay. Apparently, Boopathy Pandian was signed by Vishal under his home banner to wield megaphone for this movie rechristened as ‘Pattathu Yaanai’. Since Vishal and producer Shreya Reddy had insisted Boopathy Pandian to wait till the present project with Prabhu Deva is over, he has walked out of the project as he roped Arya to do the lead role. As soon as Arya got to know about it, he asked Boopathy Pandian to pay back the advance. It is all because Arya and Vishal have been sharing a wonderful rapport as they worked together in Bala’s ‘Avan Ivan’.
