My sympathies to this woman for the loss of her husband.
I am really not sure why she's yelling at Obama; just WTF can he or the Federal government do?
Yes, our borders should be CLOSED, which, unfortunately, would work both ways--''keep out, gringo!").

****Hartley's Widow Slams Obama For Lack Of Action
(David Hartley Was Slain By Drug Gang On Mexican-Texas Border Lake.)
WASHINGTON, D.C -- The widow of David Hartley and Republican lawmakers slammed President Barack Obama's administration Thursday for not doing enough to recover the body of the man slain last year by drug gangs on a Mexico-Texas border lake and to bring the killers to justice.
During a Washington, D.C., press conference, Tiffany Hartley said she wanted to "find out why our government isn't doing what they're supposed to be doing to help us."
She said her top goal remains recovering the body of her husband who was gunned down Sept. 20, 2010, as the couple Jet Skied on Falcon Lake by armed men chasing them in speed boats.
The widow and two Republican congressmen demanded that the federal government bring all its resources to investigate the killing and pressure the Mexican government to help bring Hartley's killers to justice.
"He was an American citizen and our American government should be standing up and helping us find him and helping them bring prosecution to the people who murdered him," Tiffany Hartley said.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a conservative government watchdog group, said federal officials have done little to help Tiffany Hartley "because this story runs against the grain of the administration's narrative that our border is secure."
"This is a crying shame that this woman is not unable to get access to information from this administration and the confidence that her husband's death is being investigated appropriately," he said.
Fitton said the FBI and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton haven't made the Hartley slaying a top priority.
Meanwhile, he said the Mexican government has spent more time investigating Tiffany Hartley's role in the incident than taking action against the killers.
"We'll be pushing hard to get them to do the right thing," he said.
Rep. Brian Bilbray, R-California, and Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, accused the Obama administration of ignoring Mexican drug cartel violence that has claimed the lives of 111 Americans in last year and an estimated 36,000 Mexicans in recent years.
"Everybody wants to look the other way," Bilbray said, calling the stalled Hartley case a sign of "neglect in Washington."
Said Fitton: "I tell you if the murder of David Hartley is buried, American citizens visiting Mexico will be at more risk and American government officials working in Mexico will be at more risk, the American people generally will be at more risk, because it adds to the lawlessness on our border."
