Kapampangan based model Jefferson Payumo is a regular in bikini contest scene. If you recall he joins the the Wet&Wild Bikini Open '09 where he won Mr. Photogenic award. I dont know if the tricycle on at the back is one of the major prizes he just won, maybe, just kidding!
