Tips To Stay Beautiful All-Day

Maintain a healthy body by bathing regularly, at least 2 times a day.  Wear appropriate beauty soap to clean your skin of the face.  Strive to exercise regularly every day even if just a few minutes.  When doing aerobic, preferably in the morning, yoga can be morning or evening.  Rest enough, eg, sleep for an adult between 6-8 hours a day.  Watch your diet and good sleep.  Eat nutritious foods, vegetables, fruits and milk.  Avoid foods that contain lots of cholesterol.  Avoid smoking and alcoholic beverages.  Make a refreshing every weekends like visiting places of entertainment or the roads in the open.  When you feel unbalanced nutrition and plenty of activities, take vitamins.  Do not forget to pray to God Almighty to give our spiritual food.  Thank You.
