Talk about a birthday slut... Destiny Hope Cyrus (real name) a.k.a. Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus (professional name), officially turned 18-year-old today. Only 12 states actually have 18 as an age of consent (30 states have 16, the other 8 states have 17), but, whatever, because Miley Cyrus is now officially "legal," I guess... And a photograph has been released of Jogia, who stars in the Nickelodeon series "Victorious," leaning over the teen star and seductively kissing her neck. Despite the steamy booze fueled encounter, a source close to the family says that the pair is "just hanging out. [Cyrus] is still single." Despite that, others are saying Miley Cyrus really enjoyed her alcohol and Avan Jogia at the party. Anyway, Miley has been a whore for a while now and a hillbilly for longer than that (see her mother and father), so this is pretty good news for the site.
