tips to improve the health of the body

For those of you who want to stay healthy follow the tips that I will give. Here are tips to improve the health of the body that I got from browsing where where:
  1. Change the style of eating. Sometimes a diet is a wrong decision.  Since quite a few are as successful on the diet and get fat again because of "revenge" against food:) Another alternative that can be done is to change the style of eating.  Another habit that needs to be run is to change habits snacking with fresh fruit.  So, always available fresh fruit ready to eat when the desire snacking appear.  If the fruit is tedious can be replaced with fresh water always available.
  2. Change your lifestyle. In addition to changing the style of eating, we also need to change for a healthier lifestyle.  Simple tips the easiest is to familiarize draw a deep breath.  This activity can be done every morning and there is opportunity.  And Find a fun physical activity like playing badminton or other sports.  But most important is to make this activity as a routine.  The simplest tips are to sleep and wake up on time.  Accustomed to sleep at around 10pm and woke up at 4 am, but tailored to the needs.  What is important is the time sleep becomes routine.  The next step is to ensure that getting to sleep that soundly.           
  3. Do not give up. Tips when the latter is already planning the steps to get a healthy life (from any source), do not despair!  Change the style of eating and living is a process that is not easy and not too short.  Find health tips to suit yourself to be able to run happily.  Make sure you live it with a pleasant atmosphere.
