When the pressure is on, TV reporters can usually rely on the retake - and hope no one ever digs out the original tapes of all their embarrassing bloopers. Unfortunately for this journalist, however, her humiliating out-take moment accidentally became her TV station's headline news.
During a report on child abuse at a local school, news anchors at Connecticut-based WTNH News 8 cut to reporter Erica Grow.
But instead of showing her polished version of the story, they accidentally showed a humiliating warm up clip.
