BURGER KING, JAPAN: The fast food giant announced plans to offer mini Spam sliders beginning June 20, targeting Japanese women with the slogan: "What women want, what women get."
While Spam is often joked about in the U.S., it's "surprisingly popular" in Japan, according to the Daily Mail.
This isn't the first Spam offering from Burger King. In 2007, Hawaii stores debuted the Spam Platter -- two slices of the meat between white rice and scrambled eggs.
